Craig Thompson

Managing Director

Craig is a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) with over 40 years' experience in the planning and design of transport infrastructure projects. Craig is Managing Director of Tipec and responsible for business development, client management in addition to project management, technical input and review.

Craig is currently based in Hervey Bay.

Todd Richards

Director/Civil Engineer

Todd has over 15 years’ experience as a trade qualified bricklayer in the building and construction industry prior to a career change to civil engineering. He has over six years’ experience in the use of AutoCAD and 12D and has developed projects from the conceptual stage through to detailed design. In his current position he is responsible for the production of conceptual and detailed designs of projects, construction estimates and bill of quantities. Todd is currently based in Mackay.

Calen Murray

Design Engineer

Calen worked as a Design Draftsperson within the construction and mining industries for the first 10 years of his career before studying fulltime at Griffith University and obtaining an Environmental Engineering Degree. Upon graduation Calen worked for Toowoomba Regional Council as a Development Assessment Engineer and has now transitioned from assessment into a Design Engineer role with Tipec. Calen has a broad knowledge of the construction industry, which assists Calen with his design work including the design of roads, streets and stormwater using 12d. Calen is currently based in Toowoomba.

Jonelle Bierton

Business Services Manager

Jonelle has a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). She has a vast background in customer service, managing business affairs, and has developed a diversity of people and management skills. Jonelle has a broad range of responsibilities in assisting the running of Tipec, ranging from marketing to HR duties. Jonelle is currently based in Hervey Bay.
