Craig Thompson
Managing Director
Craig is a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) with over 42 years' experience in the planning and design of transport infrastructure projects. Craig is Managing Director of Tipec and responsible for business development, client management in addition to project management, technical input and review.
Craig is currently based in Hervey Bay.
Todd Richards
Director/Civil Engineer
Todd has over 15 years’ experience as a trade qualified bricklayer in the building and construction industry prior to a career change to civil engineering. He has over seven years’ experience in the use of AutoCAD and 12D and has developed projects from the conceptual stage through to detailed design. In his current position he is responsible for the production of conceptual and detailed designs of projects, construction estimates and bill of quantities. Todd is currently based in Mackay.
Georgia Del Mundo
Design Technician
Georgia is a Civil Engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science (Civil) and 4 years of engineering experience in the Philippines prior to relocating to Australia. She has completed an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering at TAFE Queensland and for the last 18 months has been working at Tipec as a Design Technician. Georgia is currently based in Brisbane.
Alica Vogler
Design Technician
Alica has an Associate Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with 13 years’ experience in using AutoCAD, MicroStation and Revit and recently started using 12D for road design. Alica has experience in drafting, preparation of design documentation, coordinating the drafting and design and preparation of construction estimates and bill of quantities. Alica is currently based in Mackay.
Jonelle Bierton
Business Services Manager
Jonelle has a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). She has a vast background in customer service, managing business affairs, and has developed a diversity of people and management skills. Jonelle has a broad range of responsibilities in assisting the running of Tipec, ranging from marketing to HR duties. Jonelle is currently based in Hervey Bay.
